Ceska Miss 2008, Eliska Buckova needs no further introduction since her success of being one of the most beautiful woman in the universe (11th place in MU08). Nineteen year-old Eliska is a fashion model and has once modeled in Kuala Lumpur under Faces Management before her win as Ceska Miss.
Many pageant fans agreed that Eliska, who is fluent in Czech, English and Slovak could have been ranked higher in MU08 should she be given better trainings especially in her catwalk skills. In spite of that, her natural beauty and elegance still managed to earn her an HOB award as the "Most Notable Mention Delegate of MU08".
